Provider & Subcontractor Agreement Terms
ANNEXURE – PEST CONTROL SERVICES
This Annexure forms an integral part of the NearYouu Provider / Subcontractor Agreement
1. Scope of Services
The Provider is authorized to offer residential pest control services only, including but not limited to:
- • Cockroach control
- • Ant control
- • Mosquito control
- • Bed bug treatment
- • Rodent control
- • Termite treatment
- • General household pest management
Prohibited: Agricultural, industrial, commercial-scale, or medical pest treatments are strictly prohibited unless explicitly approved by NearYouu and supported by valid licenses.
2. Licensing & Compliance
The Provider confirms that:
- • All pest control activities are conducted using municipality-approved chemicals only.
- • All required licenses, permits, and certificates issued by relevant Qatar authorities are valid and uploaded to the NearYouu platform.
- • Any change, suspension, or expiry of licenses must be reported immediately.
3. Safety & Hygiene Obligations
The Provider shall:
- • Use appropriate PPE (gloves, masks, protective clothing).
- • Apply chemicals strictly as per approved dosage and instructions.
- • Ensure adequate ventilation during and after treatment.
- • Brief the customer on safety, re-entry time, and precautions.
Failure to follow safety protocols shall be considered a serious breach.
4. Prohibited Conduct
The Provider must NOT:
- • Use unapproved or mixed chemicals.
- • Make guarantees of permanent pest eradication.
- • Perform services in the absence of the customer without approval.
- • Accept or request payments outside the NearYouu platform.
5. Incident Reporting
Any of the following must be reported immediately via the NearYouu app:
- • Adverse health reactions
- • Property damage
- • Customer complaints regarding safety
- • Chemical exposure concerns
Failure to report incidents may lead to suspension or termination.
6. Enforcement
NearYouu reserves the right to:
- • Suspend the Provider during investigation
- • Impose penalties or deductions
- • Terminate access
- • Cooperate with Qatar authorities where required
