Android Pre-Launch Mode
Android pre-launch mode is active
New customer bookings from the Android application are refused and the app shows the Upgrading notice. Android browsing, categories, search, registration, booking history, support and provider registration stay active. An Android browser and the iOS app are never affected.
Independent of the platform-wide hold above. The Android application is recognised from its own app signature, so this switch cannot reach the iOS application or the website.

Current Status
How WhatsApp works in NearYouu:
- Not Connected / Failed: Automatic notifications are disabled. Use the manual WhatsApp buttons in each booking to contact customers and providers.
- Connected: Automatic notifications are sent via Twilio on key booking events (new booking, status changes, reminders).
- Email notifications always work regardless of WhatsApp status.

Message Template Names
Template names registered in your WhatsApp Business account. Used when API is connected.
WhatsApp Test
Admin OnlySend a test WhatsApp message to verify the integration. If no Cloud API is configured, a pre-filled WhatsApp link will open automatically.
To enable automatic sending, set WHATSAPP_API_TOKEN and WHATSAPP_PHONE_ID in environment variables (WhatsApp Cloud API).
